SHIPPING POLICY

Overview

At Fresh Furnishings, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to 48 states within the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes during peak periods may occasionally cause longer delivery times.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may take longer than domestic orders to arrive due to distance, customs processing, and carrier schedules. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and will be estimated at checkout.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout. Fresh Furnishings has no control over customs delays or fees imposed by your local government.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@freshfurnishings.com and we will look into it for you.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend first checking your tracking information for any updates. If your tracking shows the item as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and any safe drop locations around your property before contacting us.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us at freshfurnishings5@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photos of both the damaged item and the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery at fresh. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Fresh Furnishings is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at freshfurnishings5@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
